Inspections
Unfortunately, there are lots of “hood cleaners” that do not meet the three requirements (trained, qualified and certified) to perform the lawful task. Most non-certified persons perform outside of the law, insurance policies, and franchise agreements by forging the name of an acquaintance whom is lawfully certified or being less than truthful about their lack of certification. Most of us know that forgery is a criminal offense punishable by state law. But, unbeknownst to most commercial kitchen operators and restaurants, unlawful inspections put their business and livelihood at great risk because forged and or non-certified inspections do not comply with the terms and conditions of insurance policies and/or franchise agreements. If a decision maker(s) has a favorite cleaner and/or if the cleaning is done by staff members, we will be happy to perform a lawful certified inspection without performing any of our other services.
All of our technicians are properly trained, qualified, and certified to maintain and repair your entire exhaust hood system. 100 percent of our services meet or exceed the codes and standards of the National Fire Protection Association, national and state law, local jurisdictions, insurance companies, and franchise agreements.
